After a young mother loses her baby in a tragic accident, three friends take her river rafting to escape her grief for a few days. Curiosity leads them to explore remote caves rumored to be a witch’s den, a hellish place from which only one will emerge, forever changed.
Sara Caldwellr
Sara Caldwell is a lecturer in Film and Media Studies at UC Santa Barbara and a film/screenwriting instructor at College of the Canyons, Santa Clarita and FIDM, Los Angeles. She’s an award-winning screenwriter/filmmaker and author of Splatter Flicks: How to Make Low Budget Horror Films among other industry books. She received an M.F.A. in screenwriting from CSU Northridge and is a member of the Writers Guild of America (WGA) and the Alliance of Women Directors (AWD).
